What You’ll Do

• Lead projects from concept to completion, balancing craft with modern functionality.
• Develop concepts, layouts, material palettes, and mood boards aligned with the Pratap aesthetic.
• Collaborate with our fashion & product teams, contractors, and craftsmen.
• Conduct site visits, prepare technical drawings/renders, and oversee installations.
• Present design proposals to internal teams and clients.
• Research and integrate sustainable materials, new techniques, and emerging trends.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (or related field).
• 2–3+ years’ experience in interior design (retail/residential experience preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUp (required); rendering software is a plus.
• Strong portfolio with an eye for detail and material knowledge.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with local codes and sustainable practices.
