We’re looking for a talented Interior Designer to bring our brand DNA to life across homes, retail spaces, and bespoke projects. What You’ll Do Lead projects from concept to completion, balancing craft with modern functionality. Develop concepts, layouts, material palettes, and mood boards aligned with the Pratap aesthetic. Collaborate with our fashion & product teams, contractors, and craftsmen. Conduct site visits, prepare technical drawings/renders, and oversee installations. Present design proposals to internal teams and clients. Research and integrate sustainable materials, new techniques, and emerging trends. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (or related field). 2–3+ years’ experience in interior design (retail/residential experience preferred). Proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUp (required); rendering software is a plus. Strong portfolio with an eye for detail and material knowledge. Excellent project management and communication skills.
