Interior Designer

We are looking for a talented Interior Designer with a strong understanding of material specifications, availability, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should have an excellent aesthetic sense, the ability to source high-quality materials, and experience in handling vendor contracts. They will be responsible for designing, selecting materials, and ensuring seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings while considering durability, aesthetics, and budget.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in interior materials, finishes, and innovative design solutions.
• Source and evaluate interior materials from vendors
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Prepare material boards, mood boards, and presentations for client approvals.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and execution teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Ensure all selections comply with project specifications, quality standards, and cost estimates.
• Conduct site visits to supervise material installations and maintain design integrity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design with a focus on material selection and vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and their application in interior projects.
• Experience in working with high-end and luxury materials is a plus.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant tools.
• Excellent aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
