1. Residential Interior DesignDevelop design concepts, space planning solutions, and interior layouts for homes, apartments, and luxury villas. Prepare mood boards, material selections, color palettes, and detailed interior themes. Create 2D drawings, floor plans, sections, elevations, and joinery details. 2. Villa & Luxury Home DesignConceptualize premium interior styles for villas including living spaces, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, outdoor lounges, terraces, and landscape-related elements. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and architectural teams to ensure design feasibility. Provide bespoke furniture design, lighting layouts, and upscale material selections for luxury projects. 3. Architectural Design CoordinationCollaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate interior designs with architectural plans. Review architectural drawings and ensure alignment with interior concepts. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design challenges, and ensure quality execution. 4. Client Interaction & PresentationMeet with clients to understand requirements, lifestyle preferences, and budgets. Present conceptual designs, 3D visuals, and detailed proposals. Provide advice on materials, finishes, furniture, décor, and lighting concepts. 5. Project Documentation & ExecutionPrepare working drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and specifications. Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, contractors, and consultants during execution. Monitor progress to ensure timelines, quality, and design intent are maintained. Key Skills & QualificationsTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, or other design software. Expertise in space planning, material selection, lighting design, and custom furniture detailing. Familiarity with architectural drawings, construction processes, and site coordination. Soft SkillsCreativity with a strong design sense and attention to detail. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. Strong project management and time-management abilities. Ability to solve on-site challenges quickly and efficiently.
