New Leaf Designs is hiring a Contractual Interior Designer (per-project basis) in Pune, Maharashtra.
**Please note, we are into residential interior design projects only**
Skills and experience:
1. Minimum 2 years in RESIDENTIAL interior design or a related field, performing similar responsibilities.
2. Language skills: Conversational proficiency in English and the ability to document information
clearly will be preferred.
3. Licensed software only (AutoCAD/SketchUp, fonts/plugins). Ability to furnish proof of valid
licenses.
4. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (or equivalent) for layouts, RCPs, lighting/electrical, plumbing,
and detailed working drawings with schedules.
5. Advanced SketchUp modeling: clean components/groups, tags/layers, scenes/cameras,
material mapping.
6. Ability to travel to site locations in Pune for monitoring execution progress and site reporting.
