Interior Designer

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. You should be confident communicating regularly with the client to assess their needs and adjust the approach based on feedback. Keeping up with the interior design landscape and trends is essential to provide the best ideas for clients. Responsibilities - Responsible for Kitchen and Wardrobe design for the client at the store. - Supporting the store manager/dealer to drive sales from the store. - Achieving monthly sales targets for the store. - Handling customer walk-ins and understanding their needs. - Conducting site visits (client home) for site measurements and installation. - Designing using software to meet client satisfaction. - Managing existing customers" order updates, follow-up on-site readiness, kitchen installation scheduling, customer query resolutions, taking feedback, etc. - Booking orders on software and coordinating for material dispatch with backend teams. - Required to do follow-ups post-sales. - Maintaining a database and following up with architects and interior designers to generate leads for that region. - Reporting sales and order booking data to the manager regularly. Qualifications - Graduation in Interior Design or a relevant field. - Strong knowledge of Interior Design principles and concepts. - Minimum 2+ years of experience in designing residential modular kitchens and wardrobe industry. - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to understand and interpret client preferences and requirements. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with a team.,
