• Proficient in design tools such as

  , and other relevant software.
• Expertise in:
  

• Conceptual Design:

  Layouts, styles, and mood boards.

• Technical Design:

  Material knowledge, execution details, and drawing preparation.

• Modular Design:

  Aesthetics, functionality, material knowledge, and module planning.

• Civil Works & Services:

  Specifications and installation details.
• Skilled in

  BoQ creation

  and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong

  sales capability

  , including logical and trust-driven client interactions and design presentations.
