Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer position located in Kochi. The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, managing space planning, preparing construction drawings, and implementing interior design solutions. The role will involve collaboration with clients and team members to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. The individual will also participate in furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selection to ensure quality and alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning
• Proficiency in creating and reviewing Construction Drawings and experience with Architecture
• Knowledge of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) selection processes
• Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant tools
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience with hospitality or commercial projects is an added advantage
