Description

We are seeking a motivated Interior Designer / Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical skills to produce detailed design drawings and visualizations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for interior spaces.
Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software.
Select color schemes, materials, furnishings, and decor that align with client visions and budget.
Prepare design presentations and proposals for clients.
Work closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design integrity during implementation.
Conduct site visits to ensure project progress and adherence to design specifications.
Stay updated with industry trends and innovations in interior design.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit.
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
