Interior Designer / Design Lead

Required Qualifications & Experience

 Bachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

 3–7 years of experience in interior design / turnkey projects / furniture / modular

interiors.

 Proficiency with design software: AutoCAD, 3ds Max / SketchUp / Revit / Blender,

rendering tools (V-Ray, Lumion, etc.), Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator.

 Strong understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, joinery, furniture systems, and

interior detailing.

 Good sense of spatial planning, proportions, ergonomics, and aesthetics.

 Ability to convert design vision into technical drawings and execution-level

documents.

 Experience in site supervision, vendor coordination, and project execution.

 Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

 Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask across projects.

 Willingness to travel within city / site visits and to vendors as needed.
