Interior Designer Cum Supervisor

Position Overview As an Interior Designer & Client Manager, you will play a dual role, merging creative design expertise with exceptional client relationship management skills. You will be the bridge between design concepts and their supervision & execution, ensuring client satisfaction while delivering outstanding results. Key Responsibilities Design Consultation Conduct initial client consultations to understand needs, preferences, and budgets. Develop design concepts, including material and furniture selection, and present them to clients. Design Development Create detailed design drawings and AutoCAD layouts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with production capabilities. Client Management Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries and providing regular updates. Ensure smooth onboarding and maintain strong client relationships. Collect and act on client feedback to enhance service quality. Project Coordination Liaise with internal teams, including procurement and production, to ensure timely project delivery. Site-supervision and internal supervision and accountability. Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations. Reporting and Documentation Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project documents, and design drafts. Generate reports and updates for internal and client reviews. Qualifications Education: Graduation or equivalent in interior design or a related field, OR completion of a comprehensive long-term design course. Expereince in a similar industry is preferred but not mandatory Skills and Tools: Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). Experience in 3D modeling software (preferred). 2 Wheeler Driving (Mandatory) Key Attributes Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects & team while maintaining attention to detail. Passion for design and a client-first mindset.
