Understanding of production activity flow ,Work deligation on shop floor.Understand production requirements and finalize specifications with the Designer.Production Planning including prioritization and adjustments.Assign priority levels to each task or product line & supervising activities.Always review the production plan to make adjustments for any unforeseen changes .Monitor contractor adherence to quality standards and timelines. Coordinate with the installation team for timely and correct installation at the client’s site.Resolve any installation-related issues immediately & minimize delays.Seehrough the on-site installation to ensure compliance with client requirements with the help of the Production team
