Role Overview

talented and experienced Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation

• Engage with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget.
• Translate client preferences into innovative and functional design concepts.

Space Planning & Design Development

• Create detailed layouts that optimize space utilization and functionality.
• Develop mood boards, concept presentations, and design proposals for client approval.

Technical Drawings & 3D Visualization

• Use AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and SketchUp to prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and realistic renderings.
• Deliver construction documents, elevations, and technical specifications.

Material & Furniture Selection

• Source, evaluate, and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories.
• Ensure selections align with the design concept and budget.

Project & Budget Management

• Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective design solutions.
• Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are met within deadlines.

Collaboration & Execution

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee design implementation to ensure alignment with the approved concept.

Industry Awareness

• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technology.
• Continuously enhance creativity and innovation in design solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Interior Design

  or related field.

• 3+ years of professional experience

  as an Interior Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of residential and/or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp

  (knowledge of other design tools is a plus).
• Excellent sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
