Job Description:

As an Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer at Vastucraft, you will work collaboratively with architects and design teams to conceptualize, design, and visualize beautiful interiors. Your role will focus on developing 3D models, renderings, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively and help clients visualize their spaces before execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and plan interior spaces, creating layouts and choosing materials, furniture, and décor that align with client needs and aesthetic goals.

Produce high-quality 3D renderings, visualizations, and animations to effectively present design concepts.

Collaborate with architects, clients, and project managers to refine designs and ensure they align with the project’s vision, budget, and timelines.

Create photorealistic renderings of interior spaces using 3D design and rendering software.

Prepare visual presentations and design mock-ups for client meetings, including 3D floor plans, mood boards, and material palettes.

Assist in material selection and preparation of design specifications, working with suppliers and manufacturers to source products.

Keep up-to-date with design trends, new materials, and advancements in 3D design software.

Provide creative input and solutions during brainstorming sessions, actively contributing to design discussions and ideation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Design, or related field.

Proven experience as an Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer, with a strong portfolio showcasing interior design projects and 3D visualizations.

Expertise in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.

Proficiency with rendering software (e.g., V-Ray / Corona / Lumion / Twinmotion) to create high-quality, realistic visualizations.

Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign) for design presentations and post-production work.

Knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, materials, and color theory.

Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work well within a collaborative environment.

A portfolio showcasing interior design and 3D visualization work would be advantage.

Experience in commercial, residential, or hospitality interior design with accurate vastu principles.

Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and integration with 3D design tools.

Experience with Virtual Reality (VR) or Augmented Reality (AR) for interior design presentations.

Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines effectively.
