Interior Designer/3D Visualizer/3D Architecture

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Interior Architect, located in Hyderabad. The Interior Architect will be responsible for space planning, interior design, and architecture. They will also oversee interior fit-outs and contribute to interior architecture projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating and reviewing design plans, collaborating with clients, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.

• Understand client requirements, preferences, and project scope.
• Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and layouts.
• Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, and finishes.

• Create 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentations using design software.
• Optimize layouts for functionality, ergonomics, and aesthetics.
• Provide accurate measurements and technical drawings for execution.

• Work closely with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution.
• Select materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories that meet quality and budget.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.

• Present design concepts and proposals to clients.
• Maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure designs are completed within timeline and budget constraints.
  

Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop.
• Strong creativity with attention to detail and functionality.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
