Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Source 3-5 qualified off-market opportunities a month through broker, developer, and data-signal networks.
  • Build full-cycle models (DCF, LBO, waterfall, etc.); update the live portfolio model every Friday.
  • Lead legal / technical DD, coordinate with external counsel, ensure SEBI-AIF and FEMA compliance.
  • Publish a monthly performance pack for IC and LPs; flag variance > 2 %.
  • Draft annual strategy, cap-ex and leasing plans for every asset.
  • Direct third-party PMCs, brokers, and facility teams.
  • Monitor loans, hedging, and covenant tests; recommend recap or exit.
  • First-meeting lead with LPs; customise pitch; negotiate side letters.
  • Manage:

    Analyst CF

    SDR

    ; set OKRs and training. 
  • Maintain gatekeeper relations.
  • Needs-analysis, product demo, returns illustration, KYC flow.


Minimum Hire Profile: 

CPA or Finance (Post Graduate) + 2.5+ yrs RE-PE or IB analyst experience; advanced Excel & Power BI; basic SQL. OR

3+ yrs PE/AMC fundraising; global allocator network; MBA/CFA L2+
