Interaction & Motion Animator (4-8 Years Experience) Location: Noida C4, SEc 58India Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3-8 years Shift - 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST Job Summary: Were seeking a talented Interaction & Motion Designer with strong expertise in Motion animation , UI design , and video creation . In this role, youll craft dynamic animations, micro-interactions, and engaging product walkthroughs , intro videos , and feature explainers using tools like After Effects , Figma , Blender , and Illustrator . Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive user interfaces, build interactive prototypes, storyboard animations, and deliver polished, responsive, and user-centered visual experiences across web, mobile, and desktop platforms. Required Skills & Tools: Mastery in: AI Animation Tool s Figma Adobe After Effects Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Strong portfolio showcasing: Motion design and After Effects Storyboarding and narrative design Sketching High-fidelity UI screens with interaction thinking Key Responsibilities: Motion animation & UI design Create high-quality motion animations and visuals for product demos, marketing videos, UI showcases, and interactive content. Develop motion concepts and animation sequences from scratch, including storyboarding , scene layout, and final animation. After Effects & Video Content Use Adobe After Effects to craft engaging motion graphics, micro-interactions, transitions, and animated explainer videos. Collaborate with creative and product teams to visualize concepts, walkthroughs, and feature highlights through video. Combine assets, typography, sound, and transitions to build compelling visual narratives. UI Design Design modern, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces for web, mobile, and desktop applications. Focus on layout, typography, iconography, spacing, and color schemes to ensure consistency and clarity. Translate product requirements into high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma , Photoshop , or Illustrator . Collaboration Work closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life. Present concepts through storyboards, animatics, or prototypes for team review and iteration. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, preferably design diploma from ARENA Multimedia, Fine Arts, HCI, or a related field. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality Motion Video and UI work.
