Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Intensivist / ICU Registrar to join our Critical Care team. The candidate will be responsible for managing critically ill patients in a 15-bedded ICU, ensuring high standards of patient care, safety, and clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide round-the-clock clinical management of patients admitted in ICU.
• Conduct patient assessment, monitoring, stabilization, and treatment.
• Perform emergency procedures (intubation, central line insertion, arterial line, etc.).
• Participate in daily ICU rounds and multidisciplinary discussions.
• Supervise and guide residents, nursing staff, and paramedics.
• Ensure accurate documentation, patient records, and handover.
• Collaborate with consultants, surgeons, and other specialties for comprehensive care.
• Support and manage code blue and rapid response calls.
• Maintain ICU protocols, infection control practices, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• MD / DNB / DA in Anaesthesia, MD in Internal Medicine, or Pulmonology
• IDCCM (Indian Diploma in Critical Care Medicine) preferred
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in ICU / Critical Care setup
• Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
