Job Description

Expected to manage Automation Anywhere Bot Support, Platform support (Automation Anywhere), infrastructure support (Azure), Chatbot Support (IBM Watson) Hands on experience in managing the automations in Automation Anywhere (A360) and should be ready to write code and provide guidance to team if needed. Should have managed a sizable automation support 150 to 200 automation bots Should have experience in managing 24/7 Support Should have handled Vulnerability management and managed with the team without missing SLA Should have Cloud expertise (Azure) and experience in FinOps Should have worked in PAM tools and integration of PAM tool with automation tool Expected to Work with our automation suppliers to raise software-level issues, assess performance and drive resolution of product related issues Must have good stake holder management skills to engage and collaborate with various Business Units who are the Automation/RPA Platform users and informing respective stakeholders for any downtime of the platform and its impact on bots running in production environment. Good to have candidates who has managed similar portfolios to understand the controls as they are expected to ensure audit findings are closed within agreed timelines DevOps experience to manage automation fixes and provide support is preferred ITIL V3 / V4 training and/or accreditation preferred Experience in handling external and internal audit is preferred Understanding of networking connectivity including firewalls, DMZ and secure networks. Knowledge on CyberArk is preferred. Understanding of SAP roles and ways of working is preferred as 70% of our automation is on SAP.
