Intelligence Analyst

The Level 3 Design Manager is a role responsible for managing projects and teams within the facade department across a variety of projects.

1. Design Leadership & Technical Oversight

• Lead fa ade design development across multiple projects and ensure alignment with architectural intent, performance criteria, and company standards.
• Review and approve fa ade system designs (curtain wall, cladding, railing, glazing, louvers, etc.) to ensure compliance with structural, thermal, acoustic, and fire performance requirements.
• Conduct periodic design reviews to validate design quality, coordination, and constructability.

2. Project & Team Management

• Manage and coordinate fa ade design teams across different regions, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to project timelines.
• Interface with internal stakeholders (architecture, structural, MEP, procurement, and execution) to resolve fa ade-related issues.
• Track design progress, risks, and dependencies through structured reporting and regular design review meetings.
• Oversee consultant, vendor, and contractor deliverables, ensuring compliance with project scope and design standards.

3. Coordination with External Stakeholders

• Liaise with fa ade consultants, system suppliers, and specialist subcontractors to finalize system details and specifications.
• Lead technical workshops and coordination meetings with consultants, vendors, and site teams.
• Support procurement teams in the technical evaluation and selection of fa ade vendors and materials.
• Review and approve mock-up and PMU testing documentation, ensuring conformance to international and local standards (ASTM, EN, IS, BS, AAMA, etc.).
