Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in backend development and must have experience in a startup, building APP from scratch. • Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, SQL databases, and ORM technologies. • Proficiency in Azure Cloud services. • Strong experience in designing and building applications within microservices architecture. • Ability to develop robust backend systems ensuring high performance and reliability. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. • Strong understanding of security principles and practices. • A strong focus on fintech projects. • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). • Knowledge of additional backend languages or frameworks. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
