Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and performance-driven Integration Head to lead and manage our complete poultry operations. The role includes oversight of breeder farms, hatcheries, broiler contract farming, feed coordination, and field performance. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and deep technical expertise in poultry integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end poultry integration operations.
• Oversee breeder farms, hatcheries, broiler farms, and feed allocation.
• Ensure flock health, productivity, biosecurity, and mortality control.
• Prepare weekly and monthly production schedules for farms and hatcheries.
• Monitor FCR, growth, mortality, uniformity, and other KPIs.
• Conduct farm audits and performance evaluations.
• Resolve field-level issues related to feed, medicine, water, bird health, and management.
• Manage contract farmers and ensure strict adherence to SOPs.
• Coordinate with feed mill, logistics, purchase, and veterinary teams.
• Provide training to supervisors and field staff on biosecurity and farm management.
• Ensure compliance with poultry, animal husbandry, and food safety standards.
• Prepare regular MIS reports for management review.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Veterinary Science, Poultry Science, Agriculture, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Poultry Operations or Broiler Integration (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of poultry farm management, bird health, and biosecurity.

• Experience with large poultry integrators or commercial broiler operations.
• Proven track record in improving bird performance and lowering mortality.
• Ability to work in a field-intensive, operational environment.
