Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Must have skills : Workday Core Integrations Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Innovative ATC Integrations Lead adept at designing seamless interfaces for enhanced air traffic control systems Summary :As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. You will understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions, drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs, and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Your typical day will involve providing expert guidance to clients, analyzing their integration needs, designing and implementing seamless interfaces, and ensuring the successful integration of systems. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Design and develop integration solutions to meet client requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements. Analyze client integration needs and provide expert guidance. Implement and configure integration solutions using Workday Core Integrations. Ensure the successful integration of systems by conducting thorough testing and troubleshooting. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for integrated systems. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations. Strong understanding of system integration concepts and best practices. Experience with designing and implementing seamless interfaces. Knowledge of data mapping and transformation techniques. Familiarity with web services and API integrations. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
