Integrated Planning Senior Specialist

Role Overview: As an Integrated Planning Senior Specialist at EY, you will have the opportunity to lead the Integrated Planning Team within the Clients & Industries Business Services Operations & Reporting pillar. Your role will involve working closely with Clients & Industries pillar leaders and Global Clients & Industries Leadership to drive transformational change and improvements in integrated planning processes for Global Clients & Industries. You will be responsible for managing the performance of the Integrated Planning Team and integrating GDS resource capability. Key Responsibilities: - Design, establish, and manage integrated planning, including global investment planning, market segment execution planning, and revenue planning. - Implement and maintain consistency of integrated planning governance structures across Global Clients & Industries. - Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify relevant integrated planning reporting, analysis, and updates for senior stakeholders. - Deliver inclusive and trusted leadership and coaching to ensure the team achieves their highest potential. - Manage multiple Clients & Industries and external stakeholder relationships, identifying opportunities for effective collaboration. - Apply in-depth knowledge of the business to anticipate, drive, and deliver complex integrated planning projects and initiatives. - Lead, coach, and develop the Integrated Planning team, instilling high performing teaming principles. - Develop metrics on team performance and provide regular feedback to stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Strong financial reporting and analysis experience in large transformation programs within a global environment. - Proven track record of leading global virtual teams and successfully transforming business functions. - High level of complex, conceptual problem-solving ability. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to lead and drive transformational change by engaging with stakeholders. - Resilient, agile, and pragmatic under pressure. - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent qualification required. - 10-12 years of complex and large sales experience, preferably in a partnership/professional services environment.
