Integrated Account HRBP - Kolkata

The Account HRBP role aims to collaborate with the business to develop and implement targeted HR interventions, people practices, and talent strategies for the accounts. Additionally, it involves overseeing the end-to-end execution of central HR processes within the Account. Responsibilities include: - Strategy Development and Deployment: Contribute to the development of the overall practice charter, achieve talent capability improvements, and determine optimal team structure. - Program/Intervention Design and Development: Address practice-related challenges, drive contextualization of programs, and enhance existing programs for effectiveness. - Team Management and Development: Provide direction to the team for program design and delivery, complete people processes, and build team capability through coaching and development. Employee Engagement, Career Management, Attrition Management, Talent Management processes, HR Support for Business Strategy Implementation, Org Restructuring Support, Compliance and Escalation Management, Talent/Cost Optimization are also key responsibilities.
