Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field. - 5+ years of relevant experience in insurance new business/underwriting roles, preferably within the GCC market. - Minimum 2-3 years of people leadership experience. - Strong understanding of insurance new business, underwriting principles, insurance regulations, and risk management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in underwriting software and tools, with strong analytical skills. - Experience in process transition, set up, training, development, and quality control for insurance new business & underwriting functions.
