  • Graduate with minimum 4-6 years of overall BPO experience
  • Flexible to work in night shift timings
  • Good Domain Knowledge Property and Casualty Insurance, Specially in Small Commercials, Personal line, Property, Homes, Auto, valuables etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Underwriting Assistance

    : Provide expert support to underwriters in assessing risks and making informed decisions related to personal insurance applications
  • Policy Processing

    : Process insurance applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Documentation and Compliance

    : Maintain detailed records of underwriting decisions, policy changes, and correspondence with agents and policyholders. Ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards
  • Work closely with underwriters, agents, claims departments, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient policy servicing
  • Assist in evaluating and managing risks associated with personal insurance policies, including monitoring loss ratios and recommending risk mitigation strategies
  • Policy Administration

    : Manage the lifecycle of insurance policies from issuance to renewal, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and timely
  • Data Analysis

    : Analyze policy data and trends to identify opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness
