ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:

Graduate with minimum 4-6 years of overall BPO experience
Flexible to work in night shift timings
Good Domain Knowledge Property and Casualty Insurance, Specially in Small Commercials, Personal line, Property, Homes, Auto, valuables etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY:

Underwriting Assistance
: Provide expert support to underwriters in assessing risks and making informed decisions related to personal insurance applications
Policy Processing
: Process insurance applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Documentation and Compliance
: Maintain detailed records of underwriting decisions, policy changes, and correspondence with agents and policyholders. Ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards
Work closely with underwriters, agents, claims departments, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient policy servicing
Assist in evaluating and managing risks associated with personal insurance policies, including monitoring loss ratios and recommending risk mitigation strategies
Policy Administration
: Manage the lifecycle of insurance policies from issuance to renewal, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and timely
Data Analysis
: Analyze policy data and trends to identify opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness
