Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance using advanced excel skills such as pivot tables, vlookup, countif, sumif, conditional formatting, hlookup.
Manage MIS operations by creating dashboards to track key metrics and KPIs for real estate projects.
Develop expertise in formulas (sumif,countif) to analyze data effectively.
Utilize mis excel to create comprehensive reports that provide insights into project performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
Advanced knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF functions.
Strong understanding of Management Information System (MIS) principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently or as part of a team.
