Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for an Insurance Sales Representative. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their insurance needs, offering tailored insurance products, and building strong, long-lasting client relationships. The individual will also be expected to maintain knowledge of insurance policies, handle customer inquiries, provide customer service, and achieve sales targets through proactive engagement with prospective and existing clients.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
• Strong Customer Service skills and ability to effectively address client needs
• Understanding of Insurance products and policies
• Sales skills, including excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Proficiency in maintaining client relationships and working towards defined sales goals
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Relevant experience in the insurance or financial sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field is preferred
