Insurance Sales Representative

You will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and training new agents in the General Insurance sales with Agency Channel, focusing on Travel & Health Insurance products. Your role will also involve analyzing performance, establishing strong relationships with staff and clients, and ensuring good time management among the team. You will be expected to obey agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensure that your staff does the same.
