Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Insurance Sales Representative. In this role, you will build relationships with customers, assess their insurance needs, and guide them in selecting suitable policies from our marketplace. Responsibilities include generating new leads, providing exceptional customer service, negotiating premiums and coverage, and meeting sales targets. You will also collaborate with our partner insurers to ensure timely claims processing and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage knowledge with expertise in identifying appropriate coverage for diverse customer needs
• Customer Service and Insurance expertise to provide exceptional advice and assistance to clients
• Proficiency in Sales techniques, with a track record of achieving targets and fostering client relationships
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand and explain complex insurance policies
• Experience in the insurance or financial sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
