Insurance Sales Representative

You have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Telecaller, where you will play a crucial role in driving sales of insurance and loan products. As an experienced professional, you will utilize your strong communication skills and proven sales track record to engage potential clients, convert leads into sales, and consistently achieve targets. Your key responsibilities will include reaching out to potential clients via calls to promote insurance and loan products, converting qualified leads into sales, and maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions. Additionally, you will address customer queries and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs effectively. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling and sales of insurance/loans. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages is essential, along with target-driven attitude and excellent persuasion skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office will be an added advantage. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus incentives.
