Qualification : Minimum Graduate
Experience : Min 2 yr in Life insurance or Any other Field Sales
Age : Should be more than 25 yrs
Candidates from Bank and other financial institutes with knowledge of Life Insurance sales can also apply
Package : Upto 6.0 LPA
Job Profile :
You have to enrol the advisors for the agency channel and or off Role insurance managers who inturn will recruit advisors for you .
You have train and motivate the team of advisors and Insurance managers to do the business from their links and bring more and more advisors also for you.
You have to complete your weekly and monthly targets by meeting clients with your advisors or Ims and have to submit the reports as and when required as per the guidelines
