Insurance Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Executive to promote and sell insurance products to potential customers. The role involves building strong client relationships, identifying insurance needs, and offering suitable policy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients to promote insurance products.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans (life, health, motor, etc.).
• Generate leads through various channels such as cold calls, field visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support and service to clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing policyholders for renewals and cross-selling.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain CRM records.
• Participate in promotional activities and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales (insurance experience preferred).
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
• Familiarity with local geography and customer base.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector.
• Fluency in local language(s) and English.
• Basic computer knowledge and smartphone usage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
