Insurance Sales Executive

We are seeking experienced candidates from the insurance sector to manage our international clientele. Ideal candidates should have a background in sales or underwriting within the insurance industry and possess strong team management skills. The position is based in TechnoPark, Trivandrum.

You will be responsible for contacting potential clients over the phone to introduce our insurance products and services, explain coverage options, and assist them in selecting the best insurance plans to suit their needs.

Proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in Hindi is an added bonus. Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our insurance offerings
• Explain insurance coverage options, benefits, and premiums to clients
• Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable plans
• Follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in our CRM system

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively convey information over the phone
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
