Insurance Sales Executive

A. Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Identify and engage corporate clients across industries.
• Promote commercial insurance products (Property, Liability, GMC, GPA, Marine, etc.).
• Build a strong sales funnel through outreach, referrals, and events.

B. Sales Strategy & Presentation

• Develop sales strategies to meet targets.
• Deliver product presentations and customized insurance solutions.
• Convert leads through consultative selling and negotiation.

C. Client Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term client relationships.
• Support renewals, claims, and cross-selling.
• Provide expert advice on coverage and risk management.

D. Policy Processing & Administration

• Handle policy applications and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and submit performance reports.

E. Market Research & Intelligence

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Share insights to improve strategy and offerings.

F. Training & Teamwork

• Participate in training programs.
• Collaborate with teams and uphold professional standards.
• Take ownership of performance and growth.

G. Compliance & Reporting

• Adhere to company and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain documentation and submit MIS reports.
• Recommend improvements to boost productivity.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
