Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Relationship Manager located in New Delhi. The Insurance Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with insurance companies and clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and expanding the company's client base. Responsibilities also include managing client accounts, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support and assistance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand and explain insurance products and services
• Experience in customer service and account management
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
