Insurance Product Management - NR Relationship Manager

Role Overview: As an Insurance Product Manager specializing in NRI and Virtual Relationship Managers, your main responsibility will be to drive the Insurance business to achieve the overall NRI Insurance business targets for IBL in an open architecture platform. You will be required to create Insurance product propositions based on customer personas in the bank, impart Insurance training for NR relationship managers, and provide support during large value sales calls. Your attention to detail and focus on key business parameters like activation, productivity, and ATS will be crucial in driving the business forward. Additionally, you will run Analytical based campaigns to increase Life Insurance penetration in the NR client base, design and execute processes, drive business quality, persistency, and customer redressals, as well as manage a healthy product quality mix and revenue mix for the bank. Key Responsibilities: - Drive Insurance business to achieve NRI Insurance business targets - Create Insurance product propositions based on customer personas - Impart Insurance training for NR relationship managers - Support Relationship Managers during underwriting of large value applications - Run Analytical based campaigns to increase Life Insurance penetration in NR client base - Design and execute processes to drive business quality, persistency, and customer redressals - Manage a healthy product quality mix and revenue mix for the bank Qualifications Required: - At least 10 years of work experience in the Life Insurance domain managing NR segment in an Insurance Company/Bank - MBA qualification is essential, preferably from a reputed institute Additional Company Details: The incumbent should possess strong communication skills, a sharp analytical orientation, the ability to create and deliver business and product presentations effectively, and engage with senior stakeholders proficiently.,
