Role Description

This is a work from Home-site role for an Insurance Manager based in Delhi, India. The Insurance Manager will oversee insurance processes, manage client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling finance-related insurance tasks, managing and guiding the insurance team, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

Experience in Finance and Insurance sectors
Strong Team Management and leadership skills
Excellent Customer Service abilities
Proven Sales skills and ability to drive sales initiatives
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
Relevant certifications in insurance or finance are a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
