Role Summary Generate and engage leads, manage commercial line clients, and drive conversions with end-to-end servicing. Key Responsibilities Generate leads and engage prospective clients for commercial insurance requirements Dive deep into Fire, Burglary, Engineering Liability, Marine, and Group insurance products Conduct risk assessments and client meetings to understand needs and suggest suitable solutions Prepare quotes, negotiate premiums and terms with insurers, and drive case closures Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, endorsements, and claims assistance Ensure client satisfaction through timely follow-ups, issue resolution, and proactive servicing Maintain trackers, documentation, and compliance records as per regulatory and internal norms Desired Skills and Attributes Graduate with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in general insurance, preferably in broking firms Strong grasp of commercial insurance products and IRDAI regulations Demonstrated ability in client acquisition, retention, and case conversion Excellent communication, negotiation, and servicing skills Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook , and professional correspondence Self-driven, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: work: 2 years (Required) Insurance ( Corporate): 1 year (Required) Location: New Delhi, Delhi (Required) Work Location: In person
