Insurance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement insurance policies and programs that effectively manage risk.
• Evaluate and analyze current insurance coverage and make recommendations for improvements.
• Coordinate with insurance brokers and carriers to procure and renew insurance policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify emerging risks and evaluate the need for new types of insurance.
• Provide guidance and support to other departments regarding insurance-related issues.
• Monitor claims and oversee the claims process, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with policy terms.
• Stay updated on changes in insurance regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation of all insurance policies, claims, and communications.
• Train and educate employees on insurance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to manage insurance budget and expenses.
