Job Description

Job Summary:

Sales Manager Corporate Health Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential corporate clients for group health insurance and other employee benefit solutions.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
Conduct presentations and meetings with HR Heads, CFOs, and other decision-makers in organizations.
Prepare customized insurance proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
Manage relationships with insurers to ensure competitive pricing and seamless onboarding for clients.
Ensure client onboarding, policy issuance, and post-sales service are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Maintain and update CRM and provide regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
Minimum
4–7 years
of experience in corporate or health insurance sales, preferably with a broking background.
Strong network of corporate clients in the region is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to work independently and lead a small sales team if required.
Knowledge of IRDAI regulations and insurance products.
