Job Description

Job Title:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive for our Banking & Insurance voice process. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, assisting customers with banking or insurance-related queries, and providing accurate information while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound voice calls related to banking and insurance services
Assist customers with account details, policy information, claims, premiums, transactions, etc.
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards
Upsell or cross-sell banking/insurance products when applicable
Ensure first-call resolution and customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
Fresher or experience in banking/insurance voice process
Good communication skills in English (and regional language if required)
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in shifts

Required Skills:

Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Customer-focused attitude
Problem-solving skills
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Basic knowledge of banking or insurance concepts (training provided)

Work Environment:

Voice-based customer support
Rotational shifts (day/night as per process)
Office-based / Work from office
