Point of Sales (POS) network

Key Responsibilities

• POS Network Management:

   Maintain a strong relationship with an assigned set of enrolled POS agents and ensure regular business engagement.

• Business Growth:

   Drive consistent business generation from active POS agents.

• POS Retention & Activation:

   Proactively work to retain POS agents and re-engage inactive ones to become active contributors.

• POS Enrollment:

   Identify, approach, and onboard new POS agents using the available database (internal & external) and through field/network activities.

• Multilingual Communication:

   Build rapport and manage relationships with POS agents in multiple languages to cater to diverse backgrounds.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in 

  sales, channel management, or insurance broking

   (experience in POS management is a plus).
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills with fluency in 

  multiple languages

   (regional & Hindi/English preferred).
• Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.
• Good organisational skills for tracking POS performance and follow-ups.
• Willingness to travel as per business needs.
