Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Insurance Executive to join our team. In this role, you will oversee insurance operations, drive sales strategies, and manage client relationships to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Explain insurance policies, coverage options, and terms clearly to clients.
• Prepare and present quotes, ensuring all client questions are addressed.
• Maintain and manage a portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships for ongoing support.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulatory changes.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processes as needed.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
