Job Description

Job Summary: Responsible for managing end-to-end insurance activities for the fleet (CNG & EV), including renewals, claims, compliance, and coordination with insurers, workshops, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Handle renewals, claims, endorsements & cancellations. Coordinate with insurers, brokers & surveyors for policy & claims. Ensure timely renewals and maintain MIS/records. Process accident/damage/theft claims with workshops. Negotiate premiums & ensure better coverage. Ensure RTO & insurance compliance. Collaborate with Finance/Operations for payments & reconciliations. Key Skills: Strong knowledge of motor/fleet insurance (mandatory). Claims & settlements handling. Negotiation & vendor management. Proficiency in MS Office. Good communication, analytical & interpersonal skills. Interested candidates can share their CV.
