Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and process insurance claims and billing.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and policies.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve discrepancies and denials.
  • Provide guidance and support to hospital staff regarding insurance procedures.
  • Maintain and update patient insurance information accurately.
  • Prepare and analyze insurance reports.
  • Educate patients on their insurance coverage and benefits.
  • Handle patient inquiries related to insurance claims and billing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in hospital insurance billing and claims.
  • Detailed understanding of insurance regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
