Key Responsibilities
Generate insurance renewal leads from service customers.
Achieve monthly targets for renewals and new policy sales.
Assist customers with filing and processing motor insurance claims.
Coordinate with surveyors, insurance companies, and workshop advisors.
Educate customers about policy terms, IDV (Insured Declared Value), NCB (No Claim Bonus), and add-ons.
Resolve customer queries and provide smooth claim experiences.
Work closely with service advisors to identify customers needing insurance renewals or claim support.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of motor insurance, renewals, and claims process.
Required minimum 1 year experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
