Role Description

Bajaj Life is seeking an Insurance Consultant for a part-time hybrid role based in Kolkata, with opportunities to work both remotely and on-site. The primary responsibilities include providing expert advice on insurance solutions, assisting customers in selecting suitable financial plans, managing client relationships, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The consultant will also stay informed on industry trends, policies, and compliance standards while supporting the organization’s growth and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Insurance products and services, as well as expertise in Financial planning and solutions
• Proficiency in Consulting practices with a strong focus on client relationship management and needs analysis
• Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure a positive and personalized experience
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial information clearly and effectively
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
