Role Description

This is an internship opportunity as an Insurance Consultant, with a hybrid working model based in Kolkata, allowing for some remote work flexibility. The role involves providing expert insurance consultation to clients, understanding their financial protection needs, and recommending suitable insurance plans. Additional responsibilities include supporting clients with policy-related questions, assisting in managing claims, and actively engaging in sales and building customer relationships. The position also includes opportunities to collaborate with team members and participate in training programs to enhance professional skills and industry knowledge.


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Insurance and Finance, with an understanding of life insurance products and wealth management solutions.
  • Proficiency in Consulting skills to analyze clients’ needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Effective Customer Service skills to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Excellent Communication abilities, including verbal and written skills, for client interactions and team collaboration.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
  • Interest in pursuing a career within the insurance and financial advisory sector.
